Hello! My name is Jihye Choi, and I am an international student from South Korea. I had studied in the United States for 7 years and earned a B.S degree in Mathematics at the University of California, Irvine. In 2015, I participated in a summer research program called Mathematical and Computational Biology for Undergraduates (MCBU), studying tandem binding model. Now I am interested in studying cancer, genetics, stem cells, and cell biology. During my spare time, I enjoy watching television, cooking, and playing golf. Through the solid education offered at MCSB, I look forward to build extensive knowledge in various fields and to learn a cooperative spirit by working with other students and faculty members.
